DeAnza Springs Resort is nestled on over 500 acres of high desert – 2600 feet above sea levelat Jacumba Hot Springs, CA. We are an ideal destination for year-round vacationing, and outdoor adventure.

With over 311 spacious, full hook-up RV sites, and plenty of dry tent sites, there’s an option for every type of camper. We also have fully-outfitted rental units for your comfort and convenience, including park model tiny homes, mid-sized RV’s, and motel rooms.

No matter what activities you enjoy, you will probably find them at DeAnza Springs Resort. Surrounded on three sides by the expansive wilderness of Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, the resort property includes access to exclusive hiking trails, shady lounge areas, and landscaping to feature and highlight this area’s most compelling desert vegetation.

Amenities include two swimming pools (one is enclosed and heated for year-round swimming), a hot tub, spa, well-equipped 24-hour gym, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, Bar and Billiards lounge, restaurant, our conference and wellness centers, and a large covered patio for all-day relaxing. We also have a pet park, laundry facility and free WiFi in the clubhouse, motel, and rental units.

And then there are the hiking trails! Within the resort is the Peyote Trail Loop and numerous trailheads that lead to the back country. The Anza-Borrego Desert State Park borders our property, and offers acres of wilderness for hiking, mountain biking, and exploring.

DeAnza Springs Resort is also a thriving community with many full-time site holders with plenty of space for more! We host events in the clubhouse and bar, ranging from karaoke to live bands, comedy performances, and themed parties.
